How to reach us.
Elusive is a small, independent project, so email is how we work. Pick the address that fits and we will get back to you. There is no phone line and no chatbot.
Account and how-to help
Trouble signing in, questions about aliases or encryption modes, anything about using Elusive.
support@elusivemail.xyzVulnerability disclosure
Found a flaw? Tell us privately with enough to reproduce it, and give us a fair window to fix it before going public. Good-faith research is welcome. Details are in our security.txt.
security@elusivemail.xyzReport abuse
Spam, phishing, or misuse of an Elusive address. Include headers where you can.
abuse@elusivemail.xyzA note on writing to us
When you email us you are sending a normal message over the internet, so we and your own provider can see it. Do not put passwords or recovery codes in an email to us. We will never ask for them, and there is nothing we could do with them anyway in end-to-end mode.
We are small, so replies can take a few days. Security reports jump the queue.
